I went to the service department of a store because the tubing of my vacuum cleaner was broken. I thought they could help me by repairing or order a new one for me. Because it is a fabric failure I thought it would be warranty. Unfortunately it was none of those possibilities. It was no warranty because that is never on the tube and to order a new one was impossible because they don’t sell spare parts anymore. I was angry. It is a vacuum cleaner only 9 months old and I bought 5 years extra all risk warranty but that is worthless if they exclude everything. I was really disappointed and for a second I did not know what to do. Now I know, I order one on the internet.
